Planning a Personal Care Wholesale Order

Verify each SKU and market pack
Before confirming an order, compare the requested product name and variant with the retail label or current product record. Check the declared unit size, EAN or barcode, units per carton, carton markings, artwork language and formula for the intended destination. These details may differ between market packs or change over time, so the physical label and written order confirmation remain the final reference.

Plan a mixed-container assortment
Oneday FMCG directly carries out mixed-container consolidation for suitable product combinations. Our standard MOQ is one mixed container, with no separate fixed minimum per SKU, carton or pallet when the confirmed assortment can complete the container. Product compatibility, case dimensions, weight, handling requirements and the final assortment still need to be reviewed before order acceptance.

Confirm documents and commercial terms
Document requirements should be identified at enquiry stage. C/O, Health Certificate, Certificate of Free Sale, COA or related documents may be supported on request, depending on the product, manufacturer, destination, issuing authority and shipment. Availability is checked for the specific order and is not assumed for every personal care SKU.
EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF can be discussed according to the order and shipment. Payment method and final commercial conditions are recorded separately in the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice or sales agreement.
Information to include in an enquiry
Send the product names or links, preferred variants, destination country, estimated quantities and any required pack, date-code or document checks. If a barcode or pack photo is available, include it to reduce the risk of matching the request to a different market version.
