The Terms We Trade On

Oneday FMCG Trading Limited Company supplies fast-moving consumer goods from Vietnam on a wholesale and export basis to importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail chains. The documents below set out how we quote, sell, pack, ship and document an order, and how we handle data, intellectual property and business conduct.

We publish them in full rather than on request, because most of what a buyer needs to check before a first order — payment structure, Incoterms, claim deadlines, documentation, governing law — is answered here. Reading them before you send an enquiry usually saves a round of questions.

When These Terms Apply

They apply to every quotation, Proforma Invoice and shipment issued by Oneday FMCG Trading. Where a separate contract has been signed by both parties, that contract prevails over anything published here. For an individual order the Proforma Invoice is the contract document: it records the products, quantities, prices, packing, Incoterm, ports, payment terms and shipment estimate that bind that transaction.

If a Term Does Not Fit Your Market

Tell us at the enquiry stage, not after the Proforma Invoice is issued. A minimum remaining shelf life, destination-specific labelling, a preferential certificate of origin, a particular Incoterm or a payment instrument other than telegraphic transfer are all straightforward to accommodate before production and consolidation begin — and difficult afterwards.
