Oneday FMCG Trading Limited Company

Purpose and Scope

This Code sets out the standards of business conduct that Oneday FMCG Trading Limited Company applies to its directors, employees and anyone acting on its behalf, and the standards we expect from suppliers, agents and customers who work with us. It exists because international trade runs on trust: buyers place funds against documents, and suppliers release goods against promises. That only works where conduct is predictable.

Compliance With Law

We comply with the laws of Vietnam and with the laws applicable to our international transactions, including customs, export control, food safety, competition, anti-money laundering and data protection law. Where a customer request would require us to breach the law, we decline it and explain why.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

We prohibit bribery in every form. Neither we nor anyone acting for us may offer, promise, give, request or accept any payment or advantage intended to influence a decision improperly, whether involving a public official or a private counterparty, and whether offered directly or through an intermediary. This prohibition applies regardless of local custom and regardless of any commercial disadvantage that refusing may cause.

We do not make facilitation payments — small unofficial payments to speed up routine processes. Where a demand of this kind is made in the course of an export or clearance process, it is refused and escalated internally.

Gifts and Hospitality

Modest business hospitality and customary seasonal gifts of low value are a normal part of trade in our region. They are acceptable only where they are transparent, infrequent, proportionate, not cash or a cash equivalent, and could not reasonably be seen as intended to influence a business decision. Anything beyond that is declined. Gifts and hospitality must never be offered or accepted during a live tender, negotiation or claim.

Conflicts of Interest

Anyone acting for us must disclose any personal, family or financial interest that could conflict with their duties to the company — for example an interest in a supplier, a customer, a freight provider or an inspection company. Disclosed conflicts are managed by removing the individual from the decision concerned.

Fair Dealing and Competition

We compete on price, range, reliability and service. We do not enter into arrangements to fix prices, allocate markets or customers, or rig tenders. We do not make false claims about competitors, and we do not seek competitors' confidential information by improper means.

Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions

We take reasonable steps to know who we are dealing with. We do not accept payment from unrelated third parties without prior agreement, we do not accept cash for export orders, and we decline transactions that appear structured to disguise the source of funds or the true counterparty. We do not trade with parties or destinations subject to sanctions regimes binding on us or on the banks and carriers involved. Related provisions are set out in our Payment Terms and our Export Compliance & Documentation Policy.

Accurate Records and Declarations

Our commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declarations state the true description, quantity and value of the goods. We do not under-declare value, misdescribe goods to change a tariff classification, or issue duplicate invoices at different values. Accounting records reflect transactions accurately and completely.

Product Integrity

We supply genuine goods in original packaging with intact coding, as set out in our Product Authenticity & Anti-Counterfeit Policy. Requests to relabel, re-date, decode or repack goods in a way that misrepresents them are refused without exception.

Confidentiality

Commercial information received from customers and suppliers — pricing, volumes, sources, plans — is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was given.

Expectations of Partners

We expect suppliers, agents, forwarders and customers to apply equivalent standards. Our expectations of manufacturing and supply partners on labour and working conditions are set out in our Ethical Sourcing & Labour Standards Statement. Serious or repeated breaches are grounds for ending a relationship.

Raising a Concern

Anyone — employee, supplier, customer or member of the public — may report a suspected breach of this Code to info@onedayfmcg.com, marked for the attention of management. Reports are treated confidentially so far as is possible while allowing a proper investigation. We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, even where the concern turns out to be mistaken.
