These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of onedayfmcg.com (the "Website"), operated by Oneday FMCG Trading Limited Company. By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website. Sales of goods are governed separately by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

What This Website Is

The Website is a business-to-business product catalogue and company information site aimed at importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail buyers. It is not a retail shop. There is no online checkout, no published pricing and no facility to complete a purchase online. Every transaction begins with an enquiry and is concluded through a Proforma Invoice issued by us.

Information Is Not an Offer

Product listings, specifications, images, pack sizes, unit counts, barcodes and any indicative availability shown on the Website are provided for information only. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not form part of any contract. Binding specifications, quantities and prices are those recorded on the Proforma Invoice for a given order.

Accuracy of Content

Product data on the Website is drawn from manufacturer information and is maintained with reasonable care. Manufacturers change artwork, formulation, pack weight, carton configuration and barcodes without notice to us, and stock availability changes constantly. We therefore do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm critical details with us in writing before relying on them.

Accounts

Where the Website offers account registration, you must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, or that appears to be used for a purpose other than legitimate business enquiry.

You may view, print and download extracts of the Website for the purpose of evaluating our products for your business. You must not:
