Who We Are

Oneday FMCG Trading Limited Company operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are at the foot of this page. This policy explains what information we collect from business enquiries and website visitors, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

Scope

We are a business-to-business wholesale supplier and exporter. The personal data we handle is almost entirely business contact data — the name, company, role and contact details of people acting for importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail buyers. We do not sell to consumers and we do not build consumer marketing profiles.

Information We Collect

• Enquiry and quotation data — when you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, country, whether you are buying or supplying, the product categories you are interested in, and the products you describe.
• Account data — if you register an account on this website we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form) and account type.
• Transaction data — for customers who place orders, we hold the commercial correspondence, order records, shipping and consignee details, and the contact details of the people handling the shipment. Banking details we hold are those of the business, not of individuals.
• Correspondence — emails and messages exchanged with you through email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber or telephone in the course of doing business.
• Technical data — our web server records IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps in its access logs, as standard for any website.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data and ask that you do not send them to us.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices;
• To process, ship, document and invoice orders;
• To communicate about live orders, shipments and documents;
• To operate your website account where you have one;
• To keep accounting, tax, customs and export records as required by Vietnamese law;
• To send occasional product and availability updates to business contacts who have asked for them or with whom we have an existing trading relationship;
• To maintain the security and integrity of our website and systems.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal Bases

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to our handling of your data, we rely on: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract, for quotations and orders; legitimate interests in operating and marketing a business-to-business trading company, in a manner proportionate to that interest; legal obligation for accounting, customs and export record keeping; and consent where you have specifically opted in, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who We Share It With

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties that need it to perform their role:

• freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers, for booking, export clearance and documentation;
• banks, for payment processing and letters of credit;
• Vietnamese authorities and chambers of commerce, where required for export declarations and certificates;
• manufacturers and suppliers, where a product query, certificate or recall requires it;
• our website hosting and email providers, as processors;
• professional advisers, and authorities where we are required by law to disclose.

International Transfers

We are established in Vietnam and our systems are operated from Vietnam. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with data transfer rules, your data will be transferred to and processed in Vietnam, and to the countries of the carriers, banks and agents involved in your shipment. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards and are limited to what is necessary for the transaction.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a trading relationship are retained for a reasonable period for follow-up and then deleted. Records relating to orders, shipments, invoices and export documentation are retained for the periods required by Vietnamese accounting, tax and customs law. Account data is retained while the account is active.

Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS) on this website, and password hashing for website accounts. No system is completely secure, and email in particular is not a secure channel — please do not send sensitive personal information by email. Note also the payment fraud guidance in our Payment Terms: we never notify a change of bank details by email.

Your Rights

Subject to the law applicable to you, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and portability of data you provided to us. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and unsubscribe from updates at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@onedayfmcg.com. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for the business concerned. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This website and our business are directed at commercial buyers. We do not direct services to children and do not knowingly collect data from them.
