Product Authenticity & Anti-Counterfeit Policy

Our Commitment

Oneday FMCG Trading Limited Company supplies genuine, manufacturer-produced goods. We do not deal in counterfeit, imitation, look-alike or unauthorised copy products, and we do not knowingly supply goods that infringe a third party's trademark. Authenticity is the foundation of a wholesale export business, and a single counterfeit consignment would end the trading relationships this company depends on.

Where We Source

Goods are obtained from manufacturers operating in Vietnam and from authorised distribution channels within the Vietnamese market. Our range consists largely of internationally recognised brands manufactured in Vietnam for the Vietnamese and regional markets, together with established Vietnamese brands. Where you need to know the specific sourcing route for a line — factory-direct or authorised distributor — ask at enquiry stage and we will tell you.

Original Packaging, Intact Coding

Goods are supplied in the manufacturer's original sealed retail packaging inside unopened export cartons. We do not:

• alter, obscure, overprint, scrape or remove batch codes, production codes or expiry dates;
• relabel or re-date product;
• remove or replace barcodes;
• repack primary packaging or transfer product between packs;
• substitute a different product into branded packaging.

Export cartons are consolidated for container loading, and that is the extent of our handling.

Brand Ownership and Our Role

The brands we trade are owned by their respective proprietors. Oneday FMCG Trading is an independent trading company and exporter. Unless we have expressly told you in writing for a specific brand, we are not an authorised representative, agent, licensee or appointed distributor of any brand owner, and we do not present ourselves as one. Our position on trademarks and imagery is set out in full in our Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice.

Buyer Responsibilities

Goods sourced in Vietnam are produced for their intended markets. Before ordering, buyers should satisfy themselves that:

• importing and reselling the brand in the destination market does not conflict with an exclusive distribution arrangement held by another party in that market;
• the destination market permits the import of goods of that specification and labelling, or that the buyer can meet local requirements;
• any product registration required in the destination market has been obtained.

These are matters within the Buyer's knowledge and control, not ours. We supply genuine goods; we cannot determine the distribution rights position in every market worldwide.

Verification

On request we can supply, subject to availability from the manufacturer, product specification sheets, ingredient and nutrition data, and certificates relating to the manufacturing plant. Photographs of goods and of loading can be provided before the container is sealed. Where you wish to appoint a third-party inspection company to attend loading at your cost, we will accommodate it if arranged before the loading date.

Reporting a Concern

If you believe that goods supplied by us are not genuine, contact us immediately at info@onedayfmcg.com with the Proforma Invoice number, container number, photographs of the pack including batch and date coding, and a description of your concern. Retain the goods and their packaging. We will investigate with the source of supply and respond. Brand owners and their representatives may also use this address to raise concerns; such notices are handled under the takedown procedure in our Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice.
